Chris Rand is a NYC-based film and television editor. Recent projects include the Apple TV+ limited series THE CROWDED ROOM, HBOMax limited series THE STAIRCASE, Netflix film MA RAINEY’S BLACK BOTTOM, and two seasons of the MGM+ series GODFATHER OF HARLEM. He is currently completing work on Greek feature film MYKONOS along with editing and co-producing the upcoming Amazon Prime original series CRIMINAL, based on the Ed Brubaker graphic novels.
In addition to his longform narrative editing work, Chris has edited many short films and music videos and has presented several training seminars at the Editor’s Guild.
Chris lives in Brooklyn with his wife Abby and dog Marlow.
